The standard cooker mixer for the confectionery industry offers users large batch solutions (25 gallons) while utilizing digital temperature control.
Available in two versions, the Warrior model offers a spring-loaded scraper agitator with fixed breaker bar. Alternately, the Chief model offers a unique counter-rotating second agitator for "double-action" on stiff recipes or those needing additional agitation.
Both models are available as a Gas or Electric cooker.
